Q. How early should I make reservations for a party?
A. All party slots are booked on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. It is best to reserve your party two or more weeks in advance for best selection of time slots.
Q. Can I order a special theme cake?
A. Sorry, we do not provide cake kits or special theme cakes. With reservations for on of the three Party Packages, you may bring your own cake. You will still receive a PlayWorld birthday cake.
Q. Can Sparky attend an Amazing Part?
A. If it is important that Sparky appear at your party it is best to book a Playrobics or Ultimate package. Pop-in appearances are not dependable.
Q. When should I order pizza for my party?
A. To ensure an organized party, please place you pizza and food order when you check-in at the front counter.
Q. When will the party helper call our group into the party room?
A. Your guest will be called to the party room 30-60 minutes after your party time begins. For example, if your party starts at 1:00 your group will be called in between 1:30 and 2:00. Actual time depends on our actual schedule that day.
Q. When do I pay for my child's Party?
A. All party balances are due and payable immediately after your party. Kindly bring your bill to the front counter to remit.
Q: When should I order pizza for my party?
A: To ensure a well organized party, please place your pizza or food order when you check-in at the front counter.

Q: Is it okay if I bring theme supplies such as plates, cups, or napkins, etc?
A: Yes! Our party room tables already have tablecloths on them, but we welcome you to bring other supplies if you would like. You may leave it with us at check-in and a Party Helper will set it up for you, or you may once we get your party room cleaned and ready for your group.
Q: When should we arrive for our party?
A: Approximately 10 minutes before your party start time is great.
Q: When do you need to know our final head count?
A: When you check in, please tell us how many you are expecting. About 15 minutes after your party's start time please check back in at the front counter and tell us your number at that point. This is also the best time to turn back in any unused wristbands. If someone arrives late, just come back to the counter and ask for another wristband.
Q: Do we have to leave after our 2 hours are up?
A: 2 hours is the norm for most party groups, however, we welcome you to stay longer if you would like. Just check out at the front counter at the conclusion of your party time, and use the gift cart to take the gifts to your car.
Q: Is cake provided for my adult guests?
A: Each party package includes a 7" round cake that we use to sing Happy Birthday with and pre-cut sheet cake pieces equal to the number of kids in your party. After singing, a piece is cut out of the 7" cake to serve to the birthday child. The other child guests are given a piece of the sheet cake already on plates. The balance of the 7" cake can then be used for additional pieces. (This cake serves 8 total.) Additional pieces of cake may be purchased for $.50 each.
Q: Can I order a bigger cake than the 7"?
A: Yes, an extra 1/4, 1/2, or full sheet may be ordered at an additional cost. You will still receive the party package cake. These cakes will be our current cake design only.
Q: Can Passports be used for party guest admissions?
A: No, Passports, are used for regular wristband admissions only.
Q: If I have a Playrobics party, does Sparky have to come?
A: No, just let us know when you make your reservation or as late as your party check in. We can have Sparky not attend at all, or if you have a guest that is scared, you can have them leave the room when Sparky arrives. Let your party host know if you want this option, so Sparky can give her advance notice on his arrival.
