The Tokenmania Party consists of invitations, 50 Game Tokens for the birthday person, 35 Game Tokens for each guest, 2 large 1-topping pizzas, a special 7" cake for the honoree and cut pieces of cake for the guests, soft drinks, plates, napkins and forks, 45 minutes in the party room, set up, clean-up, and a Free Gift Pack for the birthday child for a return visit. This party does not include an "in the room" party host, although we will set everything up and call the party. Then you take over.The Tokenmania Party is for 6 children including the birthday child. Additional guests may be added for just $8.99 each. For extra fun you might want to add Jungle Adventure Mini Golf for $1.00 per person, additional Game Tokens at 20 for $5.00 or 100 for $20.00. A Playworld Birthday T-shirt may be purchased for only $8.00. Your $20 non-refundable deposit will hold your party reservation and will apply toward your party balance. The Tokenmania Party lasts two hours. It will treat the birthday person and guests to loads of fun playing our Action Skill Games. It does not include playtime in the Maze Area. Maze Play wristbands may be purchased for kids 12 years and under for $3.50 each. Socks are required in the Maze Area. Please note: while the Tokenmania Party does not include a party host, to make this party super-easy we will have everything setup when your group is called in the room and then clean up afterwards.
When You Arrive for Your Party
Please check in at the front counter. You will be given the game tokens for the number of guests you are expecting. It is important that if you have fewer guests attend than expected, you return the tokens to avoid being charged for them. We will have a gift cart for them to put their gifts in. The party-goers may begin playing the Token Games when they arrive. You may purchase additional game tokens anytime during your part. The best value is a bag of 100 for $20.00.
After 30-60 minutes of Maze play, we will call the guests to your party room. The actual time will depend on our party schedule for the day. The normal order of events is: 1) Serve pizza, 2) Sing Happy Birthday and serve cake, 3) Open gifts. Any extras such as extra drinks, cake, or other food for the guests or adults will be added to your party total. After the gifts have been opened, the children may continue playing games, or, if you have purchased maze wristbands or golf, they may begin those activities. 45 minutes have been alloted to you in the party room. After the party you will be given a bill listing actual party charges. Please take it to the front counter to remit. We accept personal checks, cash and most major credit cards.
